One day one of us said "I just won't be a happy man until I open a restaurant..." and the rest, as they say, is history.

Combining our years of experience in the B&B along with our passion for farming, the land, cheesemaking and knowing how and where our food came from, it was the right time for us to take our food producing and hospitality know how to the next logical step and the restaurant came to be.

The creativity of taste, the aesthetics of presentation, the sensations of aromas, the pleasure of hospitality...running a restaurant may be one of the most satisfying experiences a person could want.
