Asinocotto is putting together a series of cooking classes, personally held by our chef Giuliano Brenna.
The main features of our proposal are:
- Formula: monographic courses, totally independent, that can be attended at any time and with any order or combination
- Classes will be held directly in the kitchen of a real restaurant and participants will be involved in the preparation from the beginning … unlike the common practice of a theoretical lesson in a classroom …
- Frequency: Weekly, to be held on Saturday, starting from the second half of February
- Duration: 3 hours from 16.30 to 19.30; a Vdinner/tasting will follow
- Maximum number of participants: 6
- Cost: 150 euros per lesson per person (including the dinner / tasting at the restaurant, with matching wine); a package of 4 courses (valid for one season) at a price of 450 euros will also be available
- Courses can also be provided as a gift (with a personalised gift certificate)
- At the end of each course a diploma / certificate will be awarded
- On the occasion of each course / package of courses an Asinocotto customised apron will be provided as a gift
- Booking is essential
- The courses will be held only in the event of a minimum number of participants)
